About Us

The purpose of the Networking the Networks initiative is to enhance the work of practice-led networks concerned with research and the use of evidence. It is designed to bring benefits to the sector as whole by enhancing connectivity between existing networks and organisations. All parts of the learning and skills sector and relevant parts of the HE and school sectors are included.

The initiative, begun in Autumn 2017, is developing through consultation and the work of volunteers. In the first stage a small Working Group is creating a social media presence, newsletter and website. Future plans will be determined in consultation with participants as the initiative progresses. Participants are of two kinds: practice-orientated networks and supportive organisations.
